VISUALS Society was founded and created by Elan Algazzar to give student talent a place to be recognized, developed, and shared. The society is built around a simple belief: a student’s abilities should not be limited to what can be measured in a classroom.

01 / WHAT WE DO
Talent deserves
a place to grow.
VISUALS Society identifies students with exceptional abilities and creates a space where those abilities can be shared, developed, and recognized.
We connect apprentices with specialists who have genuine skill in a particular field. A specialist can teach through individual guidance or develop a structured course for a group of apprentices. The purpose is not simply to attend a class, but to learn through doing, build confidence, develop practical ability, and create something meaningful.
Our courses can explore photography, design, coding, baking, acting, singing, fashion, editing, business, beauty, or almost any other creative or unique skill a qualified specialist can teach. These examples are only a starting point — VISUALS Society is designed to grow with the talents and ideas of its students.
Throughout the year, apprentices can turn what they have learned into projects and experiences that can be presented at VISUALS events. In this way, learning does not end when a session ends; it becomes something students can demonstrate, share, and continue developing.

Have a skill
worth sharing?
VISUALS welcomes students with strong abilities who can teach others with patience, confidence, and genuine knowledge.
You could be a specialist in photography, baking, singing, acting, coding, designing, editing, fashion, business, or a completely different skill.
Specialists propose what they would like to teach, the days they are available after school, and whether their course will run for 8 or 12 sessions. They are also asked to provide support from at least 5 apprentices or students who would join the course.
Applications are reviewed carefully. Selected specialists may then develop their course with VISUALS and help create a learning experience that is practical, creative, and genuinely valuable.

At the end of each term, VISUALS Society brings the school community together for an in-school showcase. Apprentices get a chance to present the skills and projects they have developed with their specialists.
